Wild Blueberry Protein-Packed Smoothie
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (175 ml) frozen wild blueberries
- ½ cup (125 ml) frozen mango
- ½ cup (125 ml) frozen pineapple
- ½ small banana
- ½ (125 ml) cup milk
- ⅔ cup (150 ml) cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) hemp seeds
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
