Wild blueberry mousse for cappuccino
Developed in collaboration with Stéphanie Côté, RD, for wild blueberry growers.
Ingredients
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) frozen wild blueberries
- 165 ml (2/3 cup) milk
Preparation
- Pour milk over wild blueberries in a bowl. Stir with a spoon, then let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, or until the wild blueberries have thawed.
- Strain the milk and save the wild blueberries to eat as is or add to a recipe.
- Froth milk to desired consistency and top cappuccino.
- Store remaining wild blueberry milk in refrigerator until next use.
