Wild blueberry mousse for cappuccino Picture New Recipe

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) frozen wild blueberries
  • 165 ml (2/3 cup) milk

Preparation

  1. Pour milk over wild blueberries in a bowl. Stir with a spoon, then let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, or until the wild blueberries have thawed.
  2. Strain the milk and save the wild blueberries to eat as is or add to a recipe.
  3. Froth milk to desired consistency and top cappuccino.
  4. Store remaining wild blueberry milk in refrigerator until next use.
