Tangled in Blue Gin Smash

Ingredients
1.5 oz (45 ml) gin
.5 oz (15 ml) Saint Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Yuzu juice
.5 oz (15 ml) Van Dyk’s Wild Blueberry Juice*
Soda
Frozen wild blueberries for garnish

Preparation
- Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda.
- Garnish with frozen wild blueberries and a yuzu leaf.
