Gingerbread milkshake with wild blueberries

Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- 2 cups (500 ml) frozen wild blueberries (set aside 2 tbsp [30 ml] for garnish)
- ½ cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground ginger
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) ground nutmeg
Preparation
In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with wild blueberries and serve immediately.
Note: this milkshake can be stored in a Mason jar for up to three days. Shake well before drinking.
