Easy Wild Blueberry Jam
Yield: 3 cups wild blueberry jam
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups frozen Canadian wild blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Preparation
- Cook wild blueberries over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the sugar, lemon, and salt and mash with a potato masher.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 15-23 minutes.
- Distribute evenly in jars and refrigerate.
