What: Are you WILD about wild blueberries? Join us at the markets on Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20 to celebrate this delicious super berry indigenous to North America. Learn, taste, eat and shop from more than 20 food producers, preservers, bakers, and chefs, all featuring wild blueberry products and dishes including pork and venison sausages, Japanese mochi, waffles, tamales, wine, ice pops and more
Where: Evergreen Brick Works, 550 Bayview Avenue, Toronto

Preview and buy her new cookbook, Honest to Goodness: Recipes for the Everyday Home Cook. This will be a special opportunity to have your book personally signed by Chef Christine.
Christine Tizzard, The 3 Way Chef, is a Newfoundland-born chef, food stylist, recipe developer and a lifelong lover of Canadian wild blueberries. Christine shares her enthusiasm and distinctive recipes with fans through her television and in-person appearances, blog and YouTube Channel. Christine is a proud member of Whitecap Books’ table of world renowned chefs and author of the highly anticipated cookbook, Honest to Goodness; it shares her commitment to healthy eating and love for all things delicious.
