Wild Blueberry Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup (190 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) walnuts
- ⅔ cup (170 ml) coconut water
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
