Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup (190 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) walnuts
  • ⅔ cup (170 ml) coconut water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
