Wild Blueberry Mojito Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
- 1 Handful spinach
- 1 Handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
Optional Toppings:
plain Greek yogurt
fresh mint
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until combined.
- Divide between glasses; garnish if desired.
- Serve immediately.
